Lost and Broke In Another Country!

I dreamed I needed some information about something, and a woman with long black hair was going to help me.  Somehow we ended up in England and she and I argued about something, I thought the argument had ended and was following her, I thought we were going someplace about what I needed, and she ditched me and left me there.  I was all alone and had no money.  I was wandering around trying to figure out what to do.  At one point I was looking at something in a shop but left, and a man came to me said he was police I had to go with him, something about damaging art.  I must have ditched him because I was alone again and looking for a phone, I was going to call my brother to send me money to get home, but couldn't figure out how to use the international call system.
